About Me & My Therapeutic Approach

My Philosophy & Style
I aim to provide a steady, welcoming space where you can step back from your daily roles and speak openly about your experiences, free from pressure or criticism.
My approach is naturally warm and relaxed, creating a supportive environment where you feel deeply heard and attuned to. As trust develops, I offer gentle challenges, always respecting your boundaries and readiness, to help you recognise limiting patterns and discover new possibilities for your future.
Central to my practice is a deep commitment to inclusion, warmly welcoming people of all backgrounds, identities, and neurodivergent experiences.
